CRJ 310 - Criminal Law Credit(s): 3 This course covers the history, philosophy, and principles of crime and criminal law in the United States. Topics include legal terminology, the classification of crimes, criminal offenses and sanctions, conflicting models of justice, due process, and crime control. The course will consider the Missouri and U.S. Bill of Rights regarding crime and law and the Supreme Court decisions that impact the law. Prerequisite(s): CRJ 100
