COM 371 - Advanced Professional Speaking

This course is designed to help students hone their oral communication skills for professional purposes. Students will learn strategies for professional communication in various contexts such as presenting data, pitching proposals, leading meetings, and interviewing. Students will develop speeches and presentations typical in their respective fields, learn to communicate clearly, creatively, and confidently, and practice using technology to enhance professional speaking. Prerequisite(s): COM 101 or COM 102 .
