This is a capstone course that synthesizes all of the business administration functions using the case study applications process and methodology. Cases in general management require the application of knowledge, theories, skills and techniques derived from previous coursework in order to provide analyses of specific business problems and for decision making to formulate strategies, plans, and policies for the improvement of organizational performance.
