EXS 302 - Exercise Physiology with Lab Credit(s): 4 Exercise physiology is a course that builds upon the basic principles learned in BIO 220 and BIO 222 , applying basic physiological concepts to human activity and exercise. Emphasis is given to the areas of regulation and homeostasis (including adaptation, fatigue, and recovery) aerobic systems, bioenergetics, muscle physiology, genetic and endocrine aspects of exercise, and general fitness principles.
