CIS 584 - Internship in Computer Science Credit(s): 1-3 Provides a supervised off-campus, field-based experience, in computer science, at an approved site specifically related to the career goal(s) of the student. The purpose of the course is to integrate and apply academic knowledge and skills to the professional environment. Credits are determined by the number of hours that a student works at the internship site. A maximum of three credit hours earned under the title of CIS 584 can be applied to the degree requirements. FA, SP, SU Prerequisite(s): successful completion of nine graduate credit hours with an overall GPA of 3.0. Offered on P/F basis.
