Credit(s):3 The focus of this course is on managing effectively with an understanding of the potential legal ramifications of employment decisions. Topics include discrimination, the right to privacy, evaluation, and regulation of job performance, negotiation, OSHA, ERISA, and labor law. Offered on as as-needed basis.
