Covers the technical and legal issues facing computer crime investigators and digital forensic examiners. Students will learn effective and appropriate forensic response strategies to support cybercrime investigative efforts. The focus is on acquiring the skills needed to identify and collect potential digital evidence, to analyze that evidence using chain of custody and to report forensic findings. FA Odd.
