Provides a broad introduction to leadership theory and how it applies to real-life situations in numerous IT domains such as cybersecurity, software engineering and data science. It focuses on principles that can be applied to one’s work and organization in order to embark on paths of personal leadership development and allow on’es organization to achieve a high degree of innovation and productivity.
