CDS 332 - Adult Speech and Language Disorders for the SLPA
Credit(s): 3
This course will be a survey of the acquired communicative disorders in adults. It will include information on aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, voice, right hemisphere syndrome, and dementia. Emphasis will be placed on implementing treatment under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist. Supervised observation of clinic sessions will be required.
Prerequisite(s): CDS 110 , CDS 210 , CDS 225 .
